**What we are looking for?**

Are you ready to unleash your creative juices to help our brand and products touch as many people as possible? Are you interested in Design at it’s core and want to help us bring our brand forward? We are in the search of NOT a unicorn but a Graphic Designer who is eager to apply their design knowledge into shipping high-quality design deliverables reliably and with finesse.

You must have strong visual design skills for printed matter and digital formats, ideally with a giant interest in health and wellness.

You will work with our Marketing, B2B, Operations and Design teams where you will have a significant impact in shaping the future of Lykon and health care. To do so, you must be curious by nature, eager to learn and grow, have a problem solving mindset and be comfortable with exploring design options from concept to final output in a self-dependent workflow.

## Tasks

*   You will be supporting our marketing team in creating graphic designs and visual materials in order to deliver the final assets for mainly digital use but occasionally also for print use.
*   You will be responsible for translating creative briefs from various departments into visually stunning outputs that put the users/customers first.
*   You will create and maintain digital design for the Marketing Department, specifically for Social Media Ads and CRM (e.g. email newsletters and mailings) on a regular basis. Additional tasks might include landing page designs, visual assets and supporting Operations department with print designs for special campaigns and product launches.
*   You will help the design team to develop and maintain Lykon’s design language, systems, style guides and take responsibility for consistent implementation across various touch points with diligent organisation.
*   You will support the design team upon need for various design projects.
*   You will grow into the role and will take ownership for creating and driving various design projects ensuring the output matches Lykon’s brand guidelines.

## Requirements

*   You have a graduate degree in graphic design, visual communication design, media design or a related field.
*   You have at 2+ years of experience which you can showcase in your exceptional portfolio.
*   You are able to independently use your graphic design skills to create digital designs for our departments. Knowledge of print design is a plus.
*   You have knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, native advertising) and ideally email formats (Mailchimp, Omnisend, SendGrid) or are able to dive in such platforms upon your own research.
*   You are comfortable with performing simple operational tasks on a day to day basis.
*   Your portfolio demonstrates your solid knowledge of Design Principles, Typography, Colour Theory and Design Thinking.
*   You embody our Company Mission & Values and live the positive spirit of collaboration.
*   You are able to own a project/task and execute them through to completion and evaluation in a reliable and efficient process.
*   You are proficient with industry standard tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Google Suite, Sketch/Zeplin (at least basics).
*   You have very good German and Englisch skills.
*   Having photography and editing skills would be a big plus.
*   In order to be able to fine-tune the email templates, experience with HTML and CSS would be a huge plus.
